Ms. Gaddy is a former Youth Build student. She graduated the Youth Build program with her Diploma(GED) in April, 2003. The Youth Build program was an opportunity for young adults that dropped out of high school to finish school and receive their high school diplomas. Students learned trades in the construction field and received certificates. Internships was also granted once the students completed the program. Latora begin an internship with UDI Community Development Corporation in May, 2003 until November 2003 and went on to become the Office Mananger/Real Estate Coordinator for UDI. Latora also received her degree in Early Childhood Education in May 2020.
